We understand that each resident has different needs, and our caregivers and support staff emphasize relationships and communication and we are committed to providing the finest board and care home in the community.
Tender Mercies Adult Family Communities, Legacy Cottage provides a variety of services to meet the needs of our residents. From clinical needs to scheduling, we make it as easy as possible! Just as each resident is unique we tailor our services to be just what our residents need. In accordance with our philosophy, these homes are the resident’s homes. It is our privilege to serve them!

- 24/7 Awake Staff
- Dr Miller Geriatric MD/DO Weekly Visits to Home as Needed
- Dr. John Rogers ARNP Nurse Delegator
- Private Rooms with Private Bathroom
- Laundry Services
- Three Nutritional Home Cooked Meals Each Day
- Snacks Offered Between Meals
- Full Program of Activities including Exercise, Group Activities & Church
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (including: dressing, bathing, toileting, eating, mobility/transfer, medication, shopping & cognitive skills)
- Nurse Delegation
- Appointment Setting and Scheduling Assistance
- Diabetes Friendly including Blood Sugar Monitoring and Insulin Injections
- Onsite Beautician
- Private Dining Room and Hosting as Requested
- Custom Invoicing for Long Term Care Insurance
- Long Term Care Insurance Communication, including: faxing, filling out monthly forms of residency and communication via phone
